Well that's interesting!
The city of Edmonton might not exist today — or at least not be as important as it is — had it not been for Oliver's efforts at the turn of the last century. But this Laurier-era Liberal was an undeniable racist. So how much of the name of this remarkable, deplorable, and larger-than-life character be visible throughout this city that owes its existence to him?
