Well that's interesting!
A Liberal MP for almost seven years, MacDougall collapsed from a heart attack in Parliament and died on the scene. He was part of a stressful parliamentary debate regarding the Trans-Canada Pipeline, which resulted in three other parliamentarians being admitted to hospital.
