Serving only one term from 2000 to 2003 as a Prince Edward Island Progressive Conservative MLA, MacMillan is perhaps better known as a professional hockey player than a politician. From 1972 to 1985, he played two seasons in the defunct World Hockey Association (WHA), and eleven seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). |
