Well that's interesting!
The Crosbie family name is now associated to the Progressive Conservative Party in Newfoundland, but when John C. was first elected to the House of Assembly for St John's West in 1966, it was as a Liberal and he sat as such for three years. John won in every election in which he ran, which is something his son Ches cannot claim for himself.
