Well that's interesting!
On two occasions in November 1996, Spina, an Ontario Progressive Conservative MPP in the Harris government, put his good character in full display. While the NDP's Marilyn Churley was speaking about the government's handling of a proposed new school breakfast program, he heckled, "Why don't you go home and take care of your own kids?" A few days later, while the NDP's Gilles Bisson was making a speech in French to mark the tenth anniversary of Ontario's French Language Services Act, he heckled, "Speak English!"
