Sean Conway and Bob Runciman, veteran Ontario legislators, both named Williams as having the most boring speaking style they had encountered in their careers. So how did Williams speak? "The type of rhetoric from the opposition continues without any factual backups to substantiate those generalizations that have become nothing more than rhetoric and well-worn clichés." It should be noted that Williams was a lawyer by training.
